Your appointment will be with a qualified Optical Technician/Adviser with over 25 years' experience in the Optical Industry.
What is the guarantee of your products?
All our lenses are quality branded products with a year's and, on some products, two years guarantee on them.
All our frames have the standard Year's guarantee.
What if I cannot get on with my new lenses?
In the case of varifocals, you have a 30-day trial period and if, on the rare occasion they really aren't working well for you, we will take them back, fit S/V lenses and give you back the difference in cost.
In the case of S/V lenses, we will make any necessary adjustments free-of-charge.
Can you source particular frames?
If you've found a frame you like online or in an Optician's display, we can try and supply one for you at a competitive price.
All we need is the
  1. model number
  2. colour code
  3. size
This information is normally found on the inside of one of the side arms.
Do you accept Eyecare vouchers?
Yes, we accept Edenred Eyecare Vouchers towards the cost of your new glasses.
Do you accept NHS vouchers?
Sorry, at present we do not accept NHS Vouchers.
